Service area
Central New Hampshire, from Hopkinton out.
Merrimack County and the towns around it, the same area we have been building and remodeling in since 2022.
The housing stock
Old capes, farmhouses and 90s colonials.
Central New Hampshire has a lot of older homes with low-pitch additions, shallow eaves and attics that were never vented well. Those are the roofs where ice dams show up first.
Then there are the subdivisions built in Bow, Hooksett and Pembroke in the 1990s and 2000s, many still on their original asphalt. A good number of those roofs are dry and losing granules but nowhere near failing, which is exactly where rejuvenation makes sense.
