Option A
Roof Rejuvenation
Years more out of the roof you already paid for. A ShingleLock treatment, about three hours on site, no tear-off, and no dumpster in the driveway.
What ShingleLock is
Oil back into dried-out shingles.
ShingleLock is a bio-based asphalt shingle rejuvenation treatment. It is sprayed onto the roof, soaks into the asphalt, and restores the flexibility that years of New Hampshire winters and summer sun have baked out.
It also rebinds loose granules, which are what protect the asphalt from UV in the first place. When you see granules piling up at the bottom of your downspouts in Contoocook or Concord, that is the roof wearing out.

Who it is right for
Good candidates
- Asphalt shingle roofs that look faded, dry, or brittle
- Granules collecting in the gutters
- Sound decking with no soft spots
- No active leaks into the attic or ceilings
- Homeowners who would rather not replace a roof that still has life in it
Being straight with you
Your roof probably does not qualify if
- It is past its useful life and the shingles are falling apart
- There are active leaks
- The decking has rot or soft spots
- Shingles are curled or cupped past the point of recovery
If that is your roof, we will tell you on the day and write up a replacement quote instead.

Cost and warranty
Around $3,000. Six years covered.
For a typical home the treatment runs around $3,000. The final number comes after the inspection, once the roof has been measured and checked.
Financing is available. Eric goes over the options at the inspection and puts them in writing beside the quote.
Every job carries a 6-year transferable warranty, which goes with the house if you sell. Your written quote always shows the replacement number beside it.
What it does not fix: broken flashing, rotted decking, or a roof that is already leaking. Those need repair or replacement.

Get both numbers before you decide.
Eric walks the roof, photographs what he finds, and gives you a written rejuvenation number and a written replacement number. Then he tells you which one he would pick.
