Option B
Full Roof Replacement
When a roof is too far gone, it gets replaced properly. Same crew, same standard, and the rejuvenation number beside the quote so you can see why.
We build houses
We know what is under the shingles.
Through Cecil Design and Remodel we frame additions, gut whole homes, and build new ones. When we pull shingles off a 1960s cape in Henniker, we already know what we are likely to find in the sheathing and the rafters.
That matters on a replacement. Decking problems get fixed, not shingled over. Ventilation gets looked at, because a hot attic is half the reason ice dams form on older New Hampshire homes.
The process
Five steps, start to finish.
01
Inspection
Attic, decking, flashing, ventilation and every slope, photographed.
02
Written quote
Replacement range and rejuvenation number on the same page.
03
Tear-off
Down to the decking. Soft or rotted boards get replaced, not covered.
04
Install
Ice and water shield at the eaves and valleys, underlayment, then architectural shingles.
05
Clean-up
Magnetic sweep for nails, debris hauled, gutters cleared.
What is included
Every replacement
- Full tear-off to the decking
- Replacement of damaged decking found during tear-off
- Ice and water shield at eaves and valleys
- Synthetic underlayment
- Architectural shingles
- New drip edge, flashing and ridge vent as needed
- Daily clean-up and a final magnetic nail sweep
Price
A written range, never a phone number.
Replacement cost depends on square footage, pitch, layers to remove and what the decking looks like. You get a written range for your roof after the inspection, with the rejuvenation number on the same page.
Financing is available. The options go over at the inspection and come in writing with the quote.

Get both numbers before you decide.
Eric walks the roof, photographs what he finds, and gives you a written rejuvenation number and a written replacement number. Then he tells you which one he would pick.
