The story
From healthcare and finance to framing.
Eric Cecil and his wife came into construction from careers in healthcare and government finance. In 2022 they started Cecil Design and Remodel in Hopkinton, doing whole-home remodels, additions and new builds across Concord, New London, Sunapee, Andover, Henniker and Hillsborough.
That company is built on planning before building, being upfront about budget and scope, and the belief that homes are not disposable. It holds a 5.0 rating on Angi.
Cecil Roofing is that same approach applied to roofs. We offer rejuvenation and replacement because a roof with fifteen years left in it should not be torn off just because one option pays more.

Why both options
We don't win either way. You do.
Every inspection ends with two written numbers and one recommendation. Sometimes that recommendation is the $3,000 option. Sometimes it is the full replacement. It is always the one Eric would pick for his own house on a hill in Hopkinton.
